Ownership of Work Results and Intellectual Property: CLIENT maintains all rights of the work done

Efficacy Disclosure: On a best-efforts basis, SAM will provide services listed to CLIENT below on an ongoing basis. Measurable or quantifiable results of SAM's work may exceed or fall short of CLIENT expectations. SAM does not guarantee Google keyword rankings, number of website visitors, phone calls, emails, accepted cases, or other results for CLIENT now, or at any time in the future. Services provided are contemplated in this agreement only.

Cooperation: To facilitate the orderly conduct of SAM and fulfill SAM’s obligations under this agreement, CLIENT agrees to cooperate with requests for information or assistance related to this agreement. Failure by CLIENT to respond to requests for information or reasonable requested assistance to SAM does not relieve CLIENT of their duty to pay for services. CLIENT will receive the services listed below in the timeframe they are due, unless this agreement has been contested or discontinued by either party, or if CLIENT’s payments are in arrears 6+ calendar days, in which case, SAM will cease providing services until both parties agree to resume.

How to Amend or Terminate this Agreement: Amendments to the agreement or a termination request must be memorialized through email with receipt and agreed to by both Parties. Request to amend or notice to terminate must be given before completion of the initial book phone interview. Once this interview has been completed, no refunds will be given.

Dispute Resolution: The parties agree to adhere to and be bound by, the terms described herein, and to settle disputes (except billed, yet unpaid services that fall into arrears) through binding arbitration offered by JAMS ADR (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service Alternative Dispute Resolution Services), at their Houston, Texas location. All disputes will be adjudicated, subject to the laws of the state of Texas. If any term herein is deemed to violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws and/or found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If CLIENT’s account falls in arrears for 30+ days, SAM reserves the right to hire a collection agency to pursue CLIENT - this shall not invalidate the binding arbitration requirement for other disputes.
